You can submit more than one abstract. Abstracts are limited to 3000 characters in length.

Poster

Posters must be in Portrait A0 format. People presenting a poster must prepare ONE PowerPoint slide to briefly present their poster to the audience before the poster session (30 s. to 1 min. max.).

Presentation

Every speaker has a 15min slot. This slot comprises 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of questions. The accepted formats are pdf, pptx, and prezi (no internet access in the conference room), either 4/3 or 16/9 format. If you do not have any fancy animation, we strongly advise to convert your ppt(x) into pdf, to avoid compatibility issues between Mac/Windows versions, and ensure that your presentation will display properly.

It is now common during conferences that people share pictures of the presentations. If you do not wish your poster or slides to be shared on social media, you can add the following logo to your slides/poster (right click, save image as):
